Terms and conditions
- All sessions are 1 hour in duration
- Advanced booking with payment is required
- Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours are forfeited at the full rate of the missed session
- Your purchases are non-transferable to a third party
- Refunds are only available for off-site payments (bank transfer, card payment taken over the phone or website) and within 14 days of your purchase. You are liable for any sessions taken during 14 days of your purchase; any refund is pro-rata based on the proportion of the total purchase price paid
- Refunds are not available for your purchases made on-site at Poundbury Pilates Studio
- Block purchases are only valid for fixed period; block of five sessions valid 60 days and block of ten sessions valid 90 days from purchase date
- Single mat and Reformer sessions valid for 30 days from purchase date
- Duets, Trios and Quads valid for 90 days
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable or transferable to a third party and are valid for presentation at Poundbury Pilates Studio only for a period of 180 days from purchase date. No change can be given on return of your voucher
- Timetabled sessions and private sessions will only ever be changed due to circumstances outside of studio’s control. In such circumstances, there will be the option to rebook your class or have a refund on your unused sessions
